Small City STBG

The RPA 8 Small City Surface Transportation Block Grant (STBG) program.

The federal Surface Transportation Block Grant (STBG) program provides funding to states and local governments for transportation projects. RPA 8 reserves a portion of its annual STBG allocation for cities with populations under 5,000. RPA 8 uses a competitive grant process to select projects for funding. RPA 8 also provides technical assistance to help eligible applicants through the process.  

RPA 8 is not accepting applications Small City STBG applications at this time. For program information, please refer to NOFO and application form from the most recent round of applications below.
